CONSUMER PROTECTION RIGHTS

Mr. Gossels has considerable experience in the courts of the Commonwealth litigating matters concerning the rights of consumers under the Consumer Protection Act (G.L. c. 93A), the Uniform Commercial Code and the laws governing financial institutions.  See Gossels v.
